I'm not a big fan of any software that you have to install 3rd party patches for just to get features like SMTP authentication etc.

Replace DA with Plesk and Exim with Qmail and you'll understand what the other Freethought guys had to put up with from me when we were using Plesk 8.x

hehe, Plesk, sorry left that years ago!! I like DA, nice and simple, our users prefer DA over Plesk, and the new cPanel servers will soon start replacing our DA boxes 1 by one

And we are moving all mail over to Zimbra more than likely

    Zimbra FTW!
Just upgraded to 6.0.2 which fixed an annoying bug introduced in 6.0, quite impressed with how they responded to the bug report considering this was in the open source/community build.

Yeah, we were following Zimbra 3 years ago, we were even in the door and started creating a snap-in for our faxing / sms platform so you could fax from within Zimbra - pretty cool really. Then Yahoo bought them :|

All I need to do now is get the OS version talking with my BES server without having to upgrade to Network edition :P
