As I said, This is not based on GNU license, We use Eclipse licence.
    Best regards.
So it is (some) source available then, not open source.

There is no mention of the Eclipse license anywhere in the source code in the GitHub repository that you linked to. Or any copyright notices that I can see.

The license embedded in /web/install/index.php is most distinctly not an open source license of any kind:

    License

AutoVM grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

    Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

    a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
    b) Copy or use our application for any other purposes except for personal, non-commercial purposes
    c) Modify, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineering application
So you're not allowed to use it for any commercial purposes. You're not allowed to distribute it. You're not allowed to modify it. Please remind me why you're claiming that this is "open source"?

Yes, Because we don't use GitHub!

I can't understand why you discuss this issue. As you can see, The platform is free for changing the brand logo, or change source for yourself. The WHMCS module and client platform are opensource for any changing or Localization. But you're not allowed to release it by yourself.

    Please stop this discussion.
    Best Regards

So why didn't you post a link to whatever source control repository you normally use then? If your product is open source, then there must be a publicly accessible repository of the source code somewhere...

It is extremely simple - as I have explained several times; you are marketing your product as open source when it quite simply isn't. That's deliberately misleading people.
Either switch to an open source license or drop the claims that you are open source.

Many people put countless hours of work into Open Source projects. For you to market a closed source product with a commercial license as such is insulting to them.
