A brand new repo set up only a few minutes before your post and not (obviously) linked to from the website. That doesn't inspire much confidence.

As I said, This is not based on GNU license, We use Eclipse licence.
Best regards.
So it is (some) source available then, not open source.

There is no mention of the Eclipse license anywhere in the source code in the GitHub repository that you linked to. Or any copyright notices that I can see.

The license embedded in /web/install/index.php is most distinctly not an open source license of any kind:

AutoVM grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) Copy or use our application for any other purposes except for personal, non-commercial purposes
c) Modify, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineering application
So you're not allowed to use it for any commercial purposes. You're not allowed to distribute it. You're not allowed to modify it. Please remind me why you're claiming that this is "open source"?
