A plesk user here. Nice control panel. I wish they would release plesk expand to run solely on windows servers though.

Out of interest, do the people who run HELM also offer linux hosting ? If so which panel ?
I would have thought something like Plesk would be more suited to a windows+linux host in order to keep the panel the same across platform.

I don't really like cPanel, I find it is unstable (getting better) but in the years i've ran it (about 5 now) I've found that stable builds had incomplete themes, slowness and if a user refreshed certain pages it bogged the server down, and there is total lack of a friendly API (last time I checked)
