Does anybody know when smartmail version 3 is due to come out??

I realise you posted this a while ago and may already realise that it is out. However, I have been running it now with Helm for a couple of weeks and no problems so far, feedback has been excellent and I really like the new features.

The enterprise version would give businesses a pretty close approximation to exchange, I may upgrade at some point.

Is it much more stable than v2 - as i had a few run in's within it being as stable as a fish.

i havent had any problems so far. Its likely to have issues im sure but so far so good.

Is the usage of the install you have at the moment quite heavily used - does it push quite a few accounts?

Thats the issue I have seen with v2 - when it gets busy, it just locks up and falls over itself... nightmare with large amounts of traffic. Hoping thats been improved now.

The load is really not that high at the moment so based on what you have said you shouldnt pay too much attension to what I say.

However, no, it hasent fallen over yet.

Thats still good to know - will have a play with that later on then. I have to be honest smartermail is very neat and tidy.

Yes, it's a very nice looking and neat program, without a doubt the best webmail program i have come across.

The shared Contacts/Calender/Tasks etc (Just like exchange) will be an amazing feature to offer corporate clients.
