WHA have said publically on the forums, that they will extend any trial licenses or issue a new one during the beta period should it be requested.
I beleive they are just using their exsisting licensing service, which issues 30 day trials for v3 for the beta process. Another thing to add to the long list really, but they have said they will extend or re-issue licenses.
