We're totally sold out on PerlBill right now - can honestly say it has revolutionised everything
Wwe've been using a ticket-based helpdesk for some time, but it was far from brilliant, and closed every issue as soon as we replied.
We installed PerlDesk (free) a few months ago to run the HelpDesk side of things, but have since upgraded to PerlBill and run accounts through it too. Email piping means that emails to support/sales/etc are handled by the script and sent to relevant people to deal with and all fully logged on the server for any of us to access (and as my laptop died beyond all hope last week, taking 2 weeks of work and emails with it, havign everything logged on the server still is rather helpful!)
