Being a customer of several companies before joining Layershift, I can simply say that it is the best hosting service we have been with ever since the first website we developed. The team has helped us a lot to maintain a reliable web presence for our most busy projects including some which generate millions of hits each month. Support for our websites has been outstanding with fast response from knowledgeable people who can look at hefty problems and find solutions fast. Also amazed by the fact that even on new years eve at night there is someone to help should the need arises. Highly recommended service!

We were looking for a hosting company who could provide us with a solid hosting solution for a new business venture. After being disapointed by several other big hosting companies we were lucky enough to stumble accross Layershift after doing some work for a friend. Initial contact was made and after having a very lengthy informative live chat with the pre-sales team it was clear they had a good understanding of there services and were very open and honest answering all my questions fully. We signed up straight away and have been with them ever since (nearly 1 year now), our VPS has been rock solid with zero downtime, and for saying its hosted in the US we still see blisteringly fast responses over here in the UK. Layershift are not like your average normal hosting company, there so much better. Their support team are able to adapt to all sorts of questions and dont read from a script, they give true professional assistance and are on hand 24 / 7 so we know our service is in safe hands. 2009 is going to be a very exciting time for us and I look forward to it knwoing that we have Layershift managing our VPS. If your looking for a new service or thinking about changing, or if like me a year ago you wernt happy with the speed of your current provider, seriousley give these guys a chance.
