Recently purchased 8 dedicated servers from RapidSwitch for a short term backup environment. The servers were setup with 24 hours and support was very quick.I had to use their KVM service once which was connected and available within 15 minutes! Their control panel is excellent and the whole process was very smooth. The connectivity was excellent and I was able to get 500-600mbit to our primary site in London which was nice :) Big thumbs up. For the price I don't think you will find a better provider in the dedicated server market.

Rapidswitch closed our prepaid server Windows2008 without notice after we filed an complaint regarding service on a different Linux server resulting in complete data loss and thousands of pounds worth of work being lost. They refused completely to give access to move data to another provider and closed all access both to the Windows Server and the Backup Server. ADMIN EDITED =========================== It seams from seeing both parties information that this complaint is not fair to Rapidswitch and should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Recently i tested 3 Rapidswitch dedicated servers and was pleasently suprised. The servers were all setup within 24 hours from order and the bandwidth level included is second to none. Good connectivity all round compared to most other networks i have tried. The servers did crash more than i would have expected as they were under no strain and the crashes apeared random. However it was only once a month per server on average. However the servers were usually rebooted before i noticed by a member of the RS support team. I did not really use the support so can't comment on that, but all round a very good value for money host.
