Does anybody here have any experience, good, bad or otherwise, of dealing with UK Grid? We are considering them for London metro Ethernet services and possibly transit.
We've had various quotes from them before, and found them generally expensive - and thus we've never moved forward. For that reason I can't really give you much usefull information im afriad.
We have been using UK Grid for co-location in IFL2 and also use them as one of our transits (they use Cogent, Level 3 and Tiscali for their upstreams but they peer with LoNAP, LINX, MaNAP and MCIX amongst others).
I can't really comment on the pricing except we have never had any problems with them since we started using them in August 2007.
