Exponential-e PowerNGN
Exponential-e are now offering 100Mbps Ethernet internet access in the UK via their "PowerNGN" service for only £800/month! :O Of course it will never come anywhere near us up here in the North...

Do you mean just a 100Mbps Ethernet circuit with no services (i.e just a point-to-point link) or the circuit+internet access?

That's the thing, Exponential-e's new PowerNGN thing includes 100Mbps internet access for their £800/month, that's what's so shocking

Probably about 50m around their HQ, i.e. anywhere you can get a wireless signal ;-)
You mean like the one you get if you click "Our Next Gen Network" then "Network Map" :P

Thats not a map, thats a pretty animation. I assume from it though their network, joking aside, doesn't extend beyond established data centres into the real world?

It's a map, it just leaves you guessing where the hell everything is
I was set there going "Is that Nottingham... no Sheffield... or maybe Leeds.. damnit!"
Looks like they go as far as the bigger DC and large cities. Not sure how big their metro networks are. Even if you get a fairly hefty install cost for running fibre from the nearest PoP, it should be evened out by the low monthly costs.

Well, my UK geography gets pretty weak once I go south of Peterborough but I'm guessing Bristol (home of Fast Hosts), Portsmouth and Brighton in that order (I know there are DCs in the latter two but they're the smaller ones and I can't remember who)
Edit: ooops, completely miss-read your post. That was the three big dots in the south (obviously). Not sure for three in the little triangle.

Reason: Why on earth would I hyphenate triangle?

That network map will be somebody else's network, not their own (Global Crossing, Geo, etc).
From what I've read they're taking a hell of a gamble on this working out for them. I suspect that they don't have kit in any of those locations yet, but a viable business case may enable them to colocate their kit in one of those pops and rent the layer2 virtual circuit back to London from the network operator.

These guys called me the other day.
They quoted me for a 100mb fibre circuit to EC1 with 5MB internet access and 10MB local circuit to terminate elsewhere in London for £600/month plus £4k installation. Don't know if this is their PowerNGN product or not but anyway....
