Can anyone recommend an ISP who can supply a 4Mbps symmetric line to an office in London (W1)? We’ve outgrowing our current SDSL line, thus I assume we need to start looking at lease/Ethernet lines? Or perhaps bonded SDSL?

I am sure most ISP's on here could provide you with an ethernet extension from either BT or NTL/Telewest back to their POP's in London. Probably best to post a Request in the Product request forum (p.s make sure you post your postcode in there as well! )

10Mb Leased Lines, 4*2Mb Bonded SDSL, 100Mb/1Gbs Fibre Metronet - all sorts of options - an address and knowing what you want down the line, and who the current supplier is would help...
Probably best to treat BT as a last resort though.. they just took 8 months to install a WES100 for one of our clients

Opal! TUT, I asked them about migrating our wholesale DSL to them 6 weeks ago. They made an appointment to visit and never turned up, then made another for a week later again no show. I mailed the contact 3 times since then he doesn't even have the decency to respond. Talk about pathetic!
Having said that I put a proposal to Fibrespan 4 weeks ago and was told twice that they'd phone back, again nothing.
Business must be so good these days that they can pick and choose who they want to work with :-)
Ahhh... Opal Solutions while part of the same "Opal" are a lot more customer focussed and are the amalgamation of altoHiway and Red.Net and have more clue when it comes to providing services generally
