I am slightly surprised to see that nobody has posted to this topic. I presume that is due to most members/guests being on ADSL or cable for their internet connection at home.

If you live in an area where high-speed internet is not available for your home, this will work. Do not expect to have much speed for upload however.

There is a tremendous competition out there for providing Satellite internet service. The primary source of service in the UK is Plenexis, located in Germany. Their resellers battle for customers every day and the winners will be those that provide proper customer service.

For those considering this for business...don't waste your money. The technology has not advanced enough to make it feasable. The speed and reliability is not sufficient for hosting purposes and is certainly not cost-effective.
