I've been with them for almost a year and to tell you the truth i would say that the are one of the best standard ISP providers out there.

There prices are quite good currently its £19 for 2MB & 6GB bandwidth although the bandwidth is only a guideline as there do not use any advanced bandwidth monitoring software. they are also upgrading to 8MB soon.

As for there customer service I cant comment on it because I have never had to use it although I would expect its your standard please hold for 10 minutes CS as they all are.
