What broadband?

Hi guys, what ISP do you recommend for home use. Im with BullDog atm, but hell yeah, customer service sux. Im thinking of moving to bethere.co.uk or demon, any feedbacks from them?

bethere are pretty reliable and rolling out ADSL2 so upto 24Mb is available in some service areas.

Support is meant to be good and speeds are good.

Demon in my opinion are going down hill.

bethere is you can get the ADSL2, they keep delaying the enabling of my exchange though.

I use an enta.net reseller and I'm very happy. At the moment they are giving away 5 free IPs too, always useful.

BeThere seems to be getting Good reviews as of late, shame i cannot receive it for another few months yet, exchange is going LLU enabled in March 07.

We're with Bulldog and to be honest its abysmal. Since becoming a customer we've:

1.) Yet to be billed correctly
2.) Yet to be put on the package we ordered
3.) Had two weeks phone-less
4.) 10 days broadband-less

It’s just a joke, am taking my time choosing a new provider though as I don't want to make the same mistake twice!

I used to work in an office that was connected with bulldog. They didn't bill us for a year, despite frequent attempts to try and arrange something, they had no record of us having a service with them. One day they shut us off without any warning.

Not a fun experience.

Bethere are supposed to be very good. Whatever you do though, don't go with NTL.

I ordered cable for home from them and it still hasn't been provisioned, despite them arranging to come on 2 seperate occasions both which I waited in for. I'm a little stuck as I ordered their phone line package as well and no LLU DSL providers provide for NTL lines, only BT counterparts.
