    Will you help me please

Hello, you can call me by my nickname Jasper.

I am almost certain this is not the correct place for posting this, yet I am desperate in finding help. What is a serious problem for one person may very well seem trivial to another? I understand this. So what I am about to discuss may seem trivial to you, yet is serious to me. I apologize in advance if My seeking help on this is irritating or frustrating due to my lack of intelligence on where to go for help.

The issue I am facing has to do with what I think is a coding error. I do not know for sure, as this is well above my pay grade. Here is the order of events: I look online for a model generator for making circles and spheres out of Cubed blocks (for playing Creativerse through Steam, and Minecraft on Ps4). I was able to discover this website through google searching: https://www.plotz.co.uk/ At the top of the list of model generators is "Minecraft Sphere Generator". I then click that link which takes me to this page: https://www.plotz.co.uk/minecraft-sphere-generator.php At the top of that page it says "Launch Plotz Minecraft Sphere Generator". After clicking that link I am taken to this page: https://www.plotz.co.uk/plotz-model.php?model=Sphere

At this point, I am very excited as it seems to be what I have been looking for making circles and spheres using blocks. However, as I began to build this Sphere I noticed a serious issue. Because I am not very smart and have a lot of learning disabilities, I keep thinking the issue is me and my brain. Yet after spending all day on this, I am stumped and need to reach out for help and do not know where to go to find the help I need.

The first issue in question is I slide the slider on the bottom to number 32 since this is the size I wanted. I then slide the slider on the right all the way down to number one and begin building this beautiful blocked sphere one layer at a time. all was going well until I got to the 6th layer. This layer is simply impossible to make! I do not know nor understand why. If you can figure out why then for the love of creation please help me!

The second issue in question is I attempted to find a way to contact the owner of the website for any of the above links I posted showing the path I took to get to this browser-based model generator. Yet to my dismay I could not find any way to contact anyone. I know I am not very smart, yet I am not like super dumb. I scrolled through all the pages and couldn't find any way to contact anyone for help. So I went to this website: https://www.whois.net/ and I looked up www.plotz.co.uk in the search box. It took me to this page which showed me the following:

From this point I am upset, sad, and frustrated because not only am I not able to finish the Sphere in Creativerse, I am now also unable to find a way to contact whoever owns that website or the various links to other model generators.
I do not know how web hosting Services work or how all of that is handled on the back end of websites. Yet if anyone out there that sees this is able to please help me solve both issues I raised, then please kindly reach out to me. I come here sincerely
and am in need of someone smarter than me to help me.

    Respectfully,
    Jasper

Unless they have added contact information on their website for you to use, there is no way to contact the owner of a .uk site/domain

And now with GDPR that is beginning to apply to all domains
