Angry iPod frustration

Hello everyone, I have a slight promblem that shoudl be easily solved, but apparently I'm too stupid to figure it out...

I have a ton of music on one computer and am trying to move it to another computer using my iPod. I figure I should be able to do this by enabling "Disk Use". When it connects to the new computer it should just show up as another drive...right?

Wrong!. On the windows 98 computer, which I'm moving the stuff onto, it does nothing. Any and all help would be appreciated
