So, warranties. I'm buying the routers from Insight I think but they have no idea whatsoever about what the different warranties they offer include. I can't find a list of warranty product codes on Juniper's site, any idea where they are so I can compare?

Well, the most obvious thing to say to that would be, "Buy from someone with a clue" - If they don't know what they are selling, then clearly people shouldn't be buying from them.

I would echo Karl's statement..

It looks like Juniper seem to have revamped the support levels, but you probably need to be looking at the essential services PDF and noting the table that lists core, core plus, next-day, etc:

J-Care Technical Services - Network Management and Security - Juniper Networks

Does anyone know what performance should be expected from the Juniper J2320? Their spec sheet only quotes firewall + routing performance, but I presume the firewall can be disabled and therefore increase PPS/Mbit throughput?

All functionality (bar two specific uses, and Enhanced Services functionality) is enabled in the J-series images as standard, you 'disable' the firewall by not adding any rules. The imix throughput in the spec. sheet should give a good guideline.

Maybe you're right.

I know what I want (Essential Care with NBD replacement for J4350's) but I have no idea what the product code is and neither do they. I'll shop around I guess.
