    WinXP Limiting Bandwidth

    Hi,

Is there any application you know of which will throttle bandwidth used from a WinXP PC (connected wirelessly) to the router? This will need to throttle bandwidth for ALL applications, so cannot be restricted to certain ports, and needs to do no QoS management, just a straightforward bandwidth barrier. This cannot be handled at the switch/router end, and must be handled by the client PC.

Any ideas if such an application exists?

EDIT: I should clarify that I'm aware there's apps out there advertising features like this, but I'm looking for something which is free and preferably comes recommended.

Such a program does exist, so do some googling. We used a program to do this many years ago on a Windows 2000 workstation - but im afriad for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.

I found quite a few applications, but they're all shareware or commercial. Ideally we need something free for this, but if nobody has any ideas and googling doesn't find anything else then pay it is.
