Hosting for web designer

Hi - I'm looking for a decent hosting package and one that is compatable with Joomla. I design my own websites and want to offer hosting to my clients. I'm looking for a fast and responsive package that can take 30 plus domains and I'd prefer UK servers.

I should add that Im unsure if I should be looking at reseller packages as although i dont need the web tools or templates that go with them it does appear easier to organise individual accounts, but at the same time it seems allot more expensive.

Good and prompt support is also a must.

Depending on what you want to do, a reseller package or VPS/VDS should be right up your street. If you haven't got much sys admin experience and want to go the VPS/VDS route then look for a fully managed service.
Either way, you will eliminate the headaches of multiple logins etc. that having a seperate account for each client brings.

Reseller packages are a good starting point and often benefit web designers as they allow a hands off approach but it may be that you would benefit from the added flexability of a VPS/VDS.
Depending on how picky your clients are, it can also make you look more professional with reverse DNS entries and mail server greetings/headers etc. showing your company's domain name rather than that of the shared/reseller host.

You will want to be using a reseller package over a single traditional hosting account for the
* separation and management possibilities
* individual control panels for each of the client sites you're hosting
* SE benefits
etc.
