Thread: High End Dedicated Server

In addition to colo, I'm also considering dedicated servers. Could you please provide quotes for the following. A requirement is that it comes with OpenSolaris or that I can install it myself from CD/PXE using a KVM or similar.

8GB RAM
10Mbps 95th Percentile

If HW RAID 10 is available that would be nice if available, but I doubt it so its not important.

But firstly I take you don't need either specs managed ?

Also do you want HW RAID 10 as it will reduce the available space especially considering your first spec.

Can you give an idea of what they will be used for, as that makes it easier to spec the processors and like.
