Thread: Wildcard SSL cert

Rather than waste any more time this morning, can anyone point me to a Wildcard SSL Cert provider where there is no WHOIS record or mailbox available on the domain to help with the auth process (It's .nhs.uk - the NHS DNS team can provide a letter of authorisation.)

Verisign will do that, so long as you don't mind paying thru the nose. However the paper auth process takes a bloody age...

Didn't think servertastic could - hence my point to VS, otherwise a Geotrust or similar it would have been!

GeoTrust can't cope from what I've discovered so far. The hunt continues...

Yes, we can do this with the letter ...

What certificate level are you after, and how many servers ?

Just after a basic cert for a single server for now.

Yes, we can do this as well We can also do one SSL that covers multiple defined domains as well - works out cheaper to a point than a wildcard does. SGC Wildcard is £375 + VAT for 1 Year, discounts for multiple, if you don't want SGC than we can do them much cheaper (I'd have to check the exact price as most of our users want SGC).
