Uptime of at least 99% - Yes, and since we also believe in sincerity so we just don't add extra digits to the end for no reason. So, that's what we commit 99%...not 99.9 or 99.99 or 99.999 even though we do manage to stay above 99.5% http uptime routinely.

Weekly Backups - Yes, not daily.

High Specification Server - PIV 2.4Ghz or Athlon 2.4Ghz

Good Network connectivity - XO.com is our Tier1 Network provider. Too big and good to even require further explanations.

During hours of 8am to 10pm we would normally answer support tickets within minutes. Certainly, we would consider 4 hours to be a longer time response. For urgent needs we can always be contacted by telephone. 2 or 3 of our staff are normally available throughout the day using MSN Messenger or Skype too.
