two big negative points:
there is "Add upto xxx domains" for reseller account and I expect 2 own nameserver and own IPs with the account.
(and SSL certs we also sell)
accounts, domains, subdomains, and all cPanel goodies most not have another retriction than
- space
- bandwidt
- cpu load
but how I split the rent package, that is my part.

"unlimited" doesn't exist - its at best a marketing gimmick and usually simply a lie , IMHO you'd be better off with a host that sets limits than one that has them and either doens't know enough to publish them or simply attempts to hide behind the "unlimited" facade.

Its not unlimited but the limits per domain are very high.
I doubt if one of the unlimited plans would actually be any better or cheaper.
