Looking for an Enon reseller to give me a reseller account..

Hi,

I know the subject line sounds a little strange.. Let me explain..

I want to have the ability to register domain names fom my customers in the common TLD's (.com, .net, etc..) and *.uk TLD's via my control panel..

I don't want to have to credit the domain reseller account with a whole lot of money because it would be dead there instead of being used for my business..

I believe the way to go is to use Enom and the registrar but they require $500 minimum credit but from what I understand "Enom Technology Partners" can offer sub reseller accounts that still use the Enom system so will still integrate with my CP as a white lable service but won't have the $500 up front requirement..

So I am looking for an ETP reseller who is able to offer me a white lable sub reseller account for me to resell domain names to my customers without a large upfront cost..

Anyone here offer that??
or know of someone who does??
