dedicated server needed

Im looking for a host to offer me a dedicated server with the following

AMD Porcessor ~ 1.8Ghz
512 MB RAM
HDD size anything above 10GB
50-100GB Bandwidth
Windows 2000 Advanced Server/2003 Web Server or RedHAT9
1-2 IP addresses
full control panel
remote desktop for windows and ssh for linux.

Im not really wrried about the processor speed, just as long as theres plenty of RAM.

The other thing is i can only pay by bank transfer ie standing order or direct debit, also i would like the price to be £50 or less

Reason being is i am hosting my own site and am also about to store files for friends of mine that run a radio show, and seeing as they all work/live in different areas of Northern Ireland and also sell the show then i need a decent server

not worried bout c.panel software, but need remote access, ie remote desktop for win and ssh for lin.

I would advise that you put up your own request post with the spec you are after rather than asking us all to requote on old requirements. The bigger hosts will have no problem doing the same deals again - it's just the smaller boys that will be raiding the parts bin each time a new request comes in.
