Hi Folks

As a complete newby looking to setup his fist website I the most important thing that I'm looking for is great customer support (a friendly voice at the end of the phone) as I will need plenty of hand holding, an online site builder and web hosting tutorials would be extremely beneficial.

Undecided on Linux or MS, I don't need much bandwith (500Mb) or Diskspace, but 5 POP email accounts, email forwarding and webmail would be beneficial. Budget is approx £5 per month.

For the range of providers it opens up, I feel it's worth buying a book or two off amazon, download a trial of front page (is there one? I don't use the software myself), and Macromedia Dreamweaver (30 day trial) and have a play.
