fast growing site

My request may be a bit much but here it goes:

I need an off shore server and host (non US based),

10GB bandwidth and atleast 600MB disk space, I run a large forum and need the high bandwidth rate as we get a lot of hits and are continuing to grow very fast. Also need the usual, mysql, php, a few email addys and ftp.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

preferrably from the Uk or Australias, we run a forum and we dont want to baby sit it every post any more. As you know when sites grow they get harder to keep up on, and if we miss something someone posts thats unscrupulous we dont want the trouble. We have almost reached our limit with the current server. So if we have to move, we feel this will be the best way to go.

So the offshore is related to legislation/monitorring

Sorry, can't think of anyone outside of the US, even Vibus (recommended) is in the UK being NI.
