A couple of things you might consider.

1. Using a USA dedicated server will cause problems for UK Google searches.
2. The time difference can cause problems for support.

As andyb28 said, US dedicated servers can cause trouble with search results on Google affecting your net impact of the UK - and the support hours can be inconvenient with ours.

I've sent you a quick private message with regards to our service.etc - as I said on the PM, im sure we can arrange a cost-effective solution for you, that will suit your needs.

Thanks for all the info and PMs so far. We've got quite a lot to get through, but we should hopefully be looking to get something sorted out this week.

Many have asked if we would be willing to add your details to our frontpage etc, so just to let you know that yes, depending on the level of donated resources/sponsorship, we would be happy to add something like a linked 150x50 'hosted by' graphic in our footer and also put something like 2/300 words in our sponsors page. We currently get just over 1,000 human visitors and 12,000 human page views on the site each day (many times more and 250,000 daily hits if we include the search engines etc).

With PR5/6 and having never really advertised before, we're about to start lots of promotional work with local press and radio across the UK. This should see our national brand get lots of exposure and lots more traffic and hopefully give our host some great PR as well.
