Most of us can provide unlimited bandwidth/disk space. Problem is it costs an unlimited amount...

Best advice, if this isnt just a 'its-not-my-host-which-has-just-been-ripped-apart-honnest' type of post, is to think about how much you actually need and put a request in the request forum where you willl get some good quality offerings for you to look at.

Shipmhost? I suspect a typo there when registering the domain, Shimphost would make more sense (albeit very little!) when taken along with their Chimp logo.

I might point the reseller out to heart internet customer services, i've had to recover 3 clients data and domains from heart internet resellers its a total joke. No proper contact info etc.

Heart are quite good at dealing with vanishing resellers, they will chase them for you if they can't get in contact the domains and data will be released.
