Nope but I'm looking at both renting servers as well as rackspace with them. Also was even considering a virtual office, whilst I currently actually operate from home. I have had issues with their sales etc though, they don't reply promptly - I'm still waiting on datacenter pics where they provide colo, the pics were promised at the very start of December and I've reminded them numerous times!!
If anybody has experience with UKEasily, make it known. I'm not sure I can go with them now simply on the basis they don't stay in contact with me properly, perhaps as if they don't even care. + I'm finding it hard to seek out existing customers.
So.. any UKEasily customers? If not, who do you recommend for Manchester colo/rackspace? (1/4 Rack)

Hi,
I have been using them for some time now, and until recently I have been very happy with them, support is answered quickly, and service has been good, had some outages when we first went over to them, but after they moved us to a different server it was fine until last week, had an outage of several hours, but then back up and we even got a phone call to tell us. but they do lack in some respects, it is hard to call them on the phone, and some things they take ages to sort out. we have had a licence problem with the WHMCS system that we get as part of the package, and they will not return any emails about it to get is sorted out. plus as part of the service they are suposed to be handling customer support directly, and they are still to have set this up, so may well be looking else where when our year is up (paid in advance).

I guess that's the exact kind of feeling I get from them with pre-sales, if not worse. I've already changed the plan of action for now anyway instead of diving head first into local colo. Thanks for your input, thedoctor!

Hi Subliminal
We do admit that our pre-sales team did have problems but we now have a new team in who are very knowledgeable, please do accept my apologies. It was this thread that prompted us to make changes & we thank you for your feedback.
We regards to ''thedoctor'', we have had some problems with a user who was getting DDOS'ed causing some major issues on the network, these problems have now all been sorted.
As above, we welcome any feedback (good or bad), our company is run by our members views, it always has & always will.

How did that happen?
I hate digging up old fossils, and I usually only search by using the "View New Posts" !
However, I might have done that when searching "ukeasily.co.uk" to see if there were any other such posts...?!

Has a post been deleted? I didn't think you brought the thread back to life either - I am sure there was another post inbetween post 6 and 7, but, maybe I was imagining it?
If it was deleted, it would be nice if a little note came in there saying 'post deleted', so that it doesn't make me question my memory, it's bad enough as it is! :-)

I've now found what has happened!
I was reading this thread :
Help Tracking Down a Web Host Crook
My reply above should have ended up in there, but since I had both open it seems to have ended up in here!
