Thanks for your comments. Appreciate the feedback. Have taken on board your comments and will definitely act upon them. Can I ask what you think of the pricing and if you think its competitive? I just want to get a general consensus on the pricing to see if its competitive or not.

Thanks for your comments Joel.
We offer a slightly different service to Netegral. We are a 24 hour support company that will man a hosting company's support desk. Netegral seem to be more of a remote hands company. We have a few staff members to cover the night shifts so 24 hour support will definitely be possible!
