This is a quick review of my webhost, they've offered me a great service with good support, at a nice price.
I live in Australia, and I'm currently on vaccation in England and I requested they call me and text me if there is any problems, they also do daily calls where they can read and reply to your emails at a small cost which is great for vaccations.
I use paypal to pay monthly which is great, and I have responses to support queries in minutes if no seconds! I usually get personal responses so there is no automatic or copied responses, its all done individual which is good.
I get cPanel 10, with fantastico and lots more all online 24/7, they're a great company and they have offered me great services, including design help and more! They even have flash tutorials as I'm used to plesk, but with these flash tutorials I got some quickstart thinking about how to do things.
