Can someone do a review on our product DSM. At www.zervex.com. I'd really like to know what people think, what features are missing/need work. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys! -Jon
Could you tell me if your control panel support Redhat 7.3 with Apache 1.3.x
Most of our servers use the Plesk control panel. But we have found that plesk won't support Apache 1.3.x after the next update & we are also having problems with Qmail.
Could you email me some extra info on the software that you support?
Cheers

The problem I've got is that Apache 2 requires cgi module called suexec that causes problems with sharing CGI scripts on shared ssl/un-ssl space (this is due to premissions).
At the moment the scripts live in the ssl file but the unsecure url need to access the secure folder aswell.
I have clients that use mailgate software to collect email from our server. Qmail puts a number in the TO line of the header which causes problems for mailgate to sort mail out. As a qiuck fix we have moved them to our old unix server that has postfix & sendmail on (plesk only seem to support qmail). But this can't be a long term fix as its an old server.

It's been a while since I used apache1 with Plesk, but it also used a customised version of suexec (psa-suexec), doesn't this cause the same problems?
Qmail doesn't change the TO header of email, it uses a Delivered-To field beginning with a number. If mailgate was to use the TO header to determine the correct mailname it would work fine. We use various (around 6 different packages) ticket systems with qmail without problem, and have managed multiple mail gateways (although admittedly these were designed for qmail). Personally I would contact mailgate developers and ask them to consider implementing some sort of patch.
We do support Redhat 7.3 and apache 1.x. We don't have any immediate plans for a windows version. We use courier for mail, and haven't found any good reason to move the system to apache 2. -jon

1. Debian support
2. A page with detailed description about its features
3. Cluster features (email, database, dns)
4. Disaster recovery plan (including server configs etc)
5. Support somehow for Resin insteed of Tomcat (Tomcat is crap comparing to Resin)
6. You need to update accordinly your admin interface with human-computer interaction in mind.

Nice site.
If I was to be *really* picky (and i hope this helps), I'd make your horizontal lines at the bottom thinner, as they look like HR's to me
