I'm looking for some constructive criticism regarding a site that is pretty new. The site in question is ServiceNinja - http://www.serviceninja.com/ a services marketplace. It allows you the ability to outsource your projects to freelances for low costs. Freelancers will then compete to gain your business.

Difficult to read, doesn't use full width of browser window, huge chunks of white on black reminds me of using a mini via a VT220 terminal

I couldn't use this it hurts the eyes too much.

As Alex says - the large amounts of black and white arn't nice on the eyes. I didn't think it had fully loaded.
