Much nicer
Although, you have 17 validation errors - I'd try to get these fixed.

Clean and less cluttered is always the way.
Research shows that the less cluttered the page, the more 'quick' sales conversions. By offering the quick buy option, you are grabbing yourself a large % of the buying market- the impulse buyer.
Other than that nice design. Very well done.

Its a nice site - However, I'd get all those images with keywords such as "domains" and "web hosting" etc .. to be text.
You'll see the new UH site come live very soon, putting the final touches to it now infact. Theres only going to be one section of "image text" ... the logo

Not necessarily - just use CSS Image Replacement to do it so search engines see text rather than images. Obviously, if the images are just text which would look the same with or without the image then it makes more sense to have text to improve page load times.

This is what we have attempted to do - and put it as H1's.
You might want to do, as James suggested, make your Domains/Hosting/Servers subheadings
with image replacement.
