Hi
Been with alivewww.com for a few years - cheap but has been reliable.
This week they seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth and as well as my website all sites with allivewww in the name are down.
Cant help thinking they have done a runner - anyone help and/or recomend a replacment basic smallsite host with good custmer service, easy to terminate and front page extension support.

Heya, I spoke to one of the guys over at Alivewww earlier today he said they are currently offline due to a large DDOS attack. They are working on the issue and are hoping to have things back online by the weekend.

alivewww.com seems to be alive again for me...

hence managed to quickly grab their contact page which displays their postal address and email contact info..

Although opensrs whois server seems to be under maintenance and hence could not check their whois (which must be having their contact number)..

Thanks for that.
However they (allivewww.com) have been back on line for over a week now. All there servers were reported down for about a week due to a severe DDOS attack.
Ill stick with them as thats the only problem ive had in 5 years.

5 years is a pretty long time and I am sure your decision to stay with them has been a decent one as you know them better all these years..
