I am a GetPro customer and have been for almost a year now, without any problems. Since yesterday, however, all of my sites, and more importantly my clients sites have been down.
The support email, fax and phone numbers don't work, and no one has contacted me to let me know what's going on. Is anyone here aware of what's happening or does anyone have another contact number for the company/Charlie.

Unless my home adsl is being dodgy as per usual, their main site is down from here

hmm as I suspected all my client sites still seem to be down too, and consequently I'm getting it in the ear! I jsut can't get hold of anyone to find out what's going on though!
Charlie is often irc iirc, have you tried on there?
Hope you get your websites back up asap

I've Jamie, yeah I've seriously considered migrating to you myself recently, but do you offer any reseller accounts? I do not mind paying more as I know how much better your service and uptime is (I've emailed you at silly o'clock before only to get a response 3 minutes later!)

Hi, I currently only host 5 sites, only 2 of them are very big though, and these are the ones which really do need 99.9% uptime, otherwise they stand to lose a lot of money. There is no need for a dedicated server for each site, that would be overkill, so I really think I am looking for a hosting reseller package. Is there no way you can offer these?
Hi, newbie here. just registered after searching for getpro..
I've been a user of theirs for quite some time however these past few months both my site, and their sites have been down every weekend, and now its been down for the past few days. during which time i have been losing important emails/not being able to access them.
looking out for another provider!
think i use around 5gig space (mainly photo gallery) but only about 10gig bandwidth at the most...
was on the 2.50per month plan with Get pro.
Piss poor to be honest... You can mitigate for various events, but sometimes **** happens, we all know that.
What defines a company is what it does to deal with things when they go wrong. This company doesn't seem to have dealt very well.

Exacly, it would be bad, but not as bad if I at least knew the situation so I could make provisions for my clients, I don't know if it's going to be back online in the next 5 minutes or 5 weeks. This simply isn't good enough, where is this Mr Creed? I'm losing a lot of money because he can't run a business.
