Heart Internet problems

Hi everyone, this is my first post.

I have a reseller account with Heart Internet and cannot access anything.

I have not saved the URL for their system status page either, so I'm completely in the dark!

Can anyone shed any light on what's going on with them? If anyone can post the URL for their system status page that would be great.

Hi Nick,

I use Heart also, although my partner does the techie bits!

My website is also down and has been now for a few hours. Can't shed any light on what is occuring but you are not alone.

Hoping things will be back to normal very soon. This hosting is a nightmare, we've been with Heart for just a few months, having been with the host from hell before that who had left us high and dry!

Couldn't find any site status page to see what they said was wrong, but they appear to be back and functional now again...

If you still can't get there, open a command prompt and type

tracert www.heartinternet.co.uk

and copy and paste the results if you don't understand what you see.

They appear to be Easynet customers and Easynet are not showing historical issues in the area.

To view service status. Login to your control panel and click on the link Service Status. Its that easy!!!

Thanks everyone for your replies.

I subscribe to the "you get what you pay for" view, but I have to say this is the first downtime I've experienced with Heart since I started with them about a year ago. I like them primarily for their domain registration and management tools.

Not seen the HI system since helping a client get all their domains away from them at the beginning of the year - what features do they offer that make them attractive (beyond the full page glossy ads in every magazine) ?
