Thread: Erm... reseller?

I'm probably best opening a ticket I guess but I'll ask here just in case.

This is in my client area:

Hosting Accounts: 8 Terminated
Reseller Accounts: 1 Active 1 Terminated
Total Accounts: 11

I'm a bit confused as how 8 + 1 + 1 = 11

Might just be a glitch of some sort in WHMCS though.

I had a shared account with a domain.

I then ordered a reseller using the same domain. I then cancelled the shared package.

Now the only account that should be there and the only one that is in the client area is the reseller account. However, the website still is what was on when it was a shared package and the username and password as the same as on the shared package.
