Which Control panel
I know this may spark an argument but here goes..
Which is the best Linux control panel software for >20 domains (at present)..
I am looking for the easiest management for both me and my users, a good price, easy upgradeability of CP and OS when required, good feature set (e.g anti-spam controls and possibly anti-virus as well)..
Thanks..

I will second cpanel, it's an excellent control panel and simple to manage and update.

Third for cPanel but it's far from perfect.....notably error handling on the client side and mail configuration.

Depends, ours prefer HSphere, in fact, when we moved our virtual hosting over, nearly every customer commented on how much better they thought it was, those that didn't, just remained silent.
If you want a scalable solution, then HSphere is the way to go, if you want lots of servers, with duplicated services, no integrated billing or support then CPanel is the way to go - Oh, and before anyone says, yes, we do still use both, so it's not like I'm commenting on an old version of CPanel.

That's "definately" not a valid argument ... it's down to personal preference, we've found that most of our customers prefer Plesk (since v7) to CPanel (...and we also use both) but it's clear that you're not going to get many customers who are specifically looking for one type of control panel if you exclusively/semi-exclusively offer another.

from a client perspective, server admin perspective or price perspective ?
we can recommend Plesk as a single purchase price 30 domain solution, clients on it like it, does everything you describe out of the box
CPanel has a big following, especially amongst people who know *nothing* about servers and hosting - lots of icons to click on, but breaks regularly, and costs (monthly appx £35) notably more
There's also direct admin, hosting controller, ensim ...
If you have more feature-requirements the choice can be narrowed a little, but mostly it's down to what you're used to and personal choice

We use Helm and have found it to be very good. It's a Windows only CP at present, though there are plans to add support for Linux remote services. Upgrading is very easy, just backup the database (to be on the safe side) and run the upgrade wizard from the Config Tool - it's much like Windows Update.
Helm works with a wide range of third-party software and more are being added by the developers and members of the Helm community. I'd suggest having a read of their forums at http://forums.webhostautomation.com/

Nope it's not buggy ... 7.1.5 is fine and 7.1.6 is just out with 3 further fixes (probably the last three in the 7.1 tree as 7.5.0 is released on 1 Dec). Earlier releases are usually buggy, but they iron them out and develop a solid version before adding new features (versions 7.0.0/.1/.2 7.1.0/.1/.2 were buggy).

I'll second Andrew's view of Helm. I find it absolutely superb for managing most aspects of windows based hosting and customers love it too. It took them a while to integrate with some fairly important payment gateways like ProtX but they are getting there
