Plesk also supports Windows 2000 and Windows 2003, along with Fedora Core1 & 2, Centos (I know these few are related to Redhat but there really for completeness sake), Suse 9 and Mandrake 10

If we're talking current versions of Plesk it's Win2k3 only, not 2k. In December they're EOL'ing RH7.3, RH9, All Mandrake versions and RHEL2. After this point it's just RHEL3/4/FBSD 4.x/5.x/CentOS3/SuSE9.1/9.3/FC2/FC3/Debian3.1/Ubuntu5.

As Cranky says, Plesk for Windows 7.5 only supports Windows 2003, there are builds for both Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 for Plesk 7.0.

Hey guys, I work at Zervex.com, we make DSM. We do have a free version available for one-user. And we are just about to roll out site licensing for our multi-user application, $69 for 100 licenses. Plesk no longer support windows 2000 btw
Also you can use centos 4.2 with plesk althoough its not listed all you need to do is edit 1 line and you can use the red hat version
