Plesk wont install on windows 2003

Hi could someone shed some light on why i cant install plesk on windows 2003 it a dedi, the installation starts but very near the end it stops and say critical unexpectd error i would be willing to let someone have acess if they could help thanks in advance

You get installation support from Plesk - you could try asking them.

Also the plesk forums tend to be helpful, as much as I'd like to help I've not got any experience of plesk on windows but you can bet the guys who hang out there do.

Its because you've tried to install helm before plesk and messed around with MS DNS and other programs etc.

Plesk needs to be installed on a clean server.

Does it not give you any more information than that?

I've never had a problem installing but its always on clean 2003 servers.

it creats a log file on the temp folder check it and it will gve u a exact error

also if u want i can log in and check for u with your supervision
