Nice way to dodge tax et al.....

Also, a bit easier ( in terms of liability ) than a ltd ( or corp in the US? )

its very cheap ( in comparison to UK prices )

It would cost you about $ 2000 to do the same in the UK!

Yearly fees thereafter are about $ 1200 so make sure you ask them what the yearly upkeep is before signing up!

Its really time to weigh it up in terms of what you're already paying out to the government?

If your turnover justifies the benefits, then happy days....i dont know what way LLC's work in the US though, in the UK its a bit harder to get money out ( ie. you have to go to the bank in question and withdraw *cash* )

Looks good, ask on webhostingtalk.com I know people on there have used them, we're a Ltd. company in the UK and it cost us about £80 in total to file it because we filled the paperwork in ourselves - it was onlt about 4 sheets so it's not difficult as long as you know your name and address.

lol Carl....thing is, an LLC in the UK has massive advantages....

no financial filing, no government tax etc.... nice

Depends if you fancy going to the IOM every 3 months to withdraw a few quid.....

i know a few people who have LLC's and basically if you pay more than £ 2 - 3 K / year in tax to the Guv, then its worth thinking about!

Its whenever you start looking at LLC's in the Caymen Islands you know you're getting big enough
