Giving it a whirl at the moment on the recommendation of others. Depends on if you are happy giving all your online banking login details to a third party.

We allow Xero to pull our bank feed - HSBCnet is pretty sophisticated and can define what levels of access to provide them with. They can just pull our transactions and nothing else. Given Yodlee have been around for 11 years providing this service I imagine they are not interested in stealing your money.

They may not be, but they would be storing the data and that means someone could get access to it.

I looked into this about a month ago and I came up with SAGE as the only real choice to do what I wanted.
I put it on hold though as I could not justify the outlay for the software, went back to manual mode using Excel and a cash book for now.
