As part of installing our new 32-core servers we have lots coming up that will no longer be in use shortly.

Rather than selling them as i have some spare power it makes sense to rent them out as completly un-supported dedicateds, so you have to know what you are doing to rent them.

They will come on a APC port of course and shortly will be connected to a KVM/IP at all times although access to this will be via email and only on a non pisstake basis.

Prices reflect that we will only support you in hardware failure and for reboots. So please think before ordering a server with us, we will not install control panels or software for you.

Server Specs - High end supermicro.
2x Quad core 3.0 GHz (8x 3GHz cores) CPUS.
16 Gb of DDR2 Ram
2x 10,000 rpm 150Gb raptor hard drives
with 3ware raid card for raid 0/1
Gigabit ethernet uplink direct into Open Hostings routers in Tyco.
Upto 4 ip address, more may be possible if its an absolute must. No more than 32 however.

Before the prices here are some facts to consider;
Hardware SLA : 100.0% you will be refunded 1 day per 1 hour down over 4 hours, no refunds upto 4 hours.
Network SLA : 99.9% you will be refunded as follows, first hour after SLA 1 day credit, upto 4 hours after SLA 2 days credit, Over 4 hours after the SLA full month refunded.
Support : There is no support, none will be offered except for;
Operating system re-install £50+vat
APC ports / Manual reboots: By email or SMS system
KVM over ip: By email or SMS in working hours only
OS : We only support Centos, anything else you can install yourself via KVM.
Network : It is damn fast! you won't have any issue bursting to the full gbit port speed. Test IP: this forum (webhostchat.co.uk).


So the prices;

THERE ARE ONLY 3 OF THESE SERVERS AVAILABLE!

Setup fee is £0.00 for all servers, i hate paying them, so why charge one!

Price with 100 Mbits unmetered £398+vat per month (100 mbit port cap)
Price with 100 Mbits burstable £422+vat per month (overages at £4+vat per mbit upto any level on 95th percentile)
Price with 5 Tb data transfer per month £216 + vat per month (gbit burst!)

If you wish to rent all 3 servers we will give you a 10% discount, prices above are based on expectance of quarterly billing and quarterly pre-payment therefore. If this is a problem we would be happy to do it on a monthly basis with an extra £10 per month for administration.

These services are being sold by BB Dev Limited and are limited to the first 3 orders only, it is not an ongoing product past this limit of servers.


Terms
15 days notice of cancelation is required on these services.
Payment can be made by cheque, bacs, wire, paypal or epass. We do not accept any direct card payments.
Haggling is permitted but it may not get you anywhere.

Rent the hardware instead of having a dedi?
We are open to this, however you would need to be a properly formed company in the UK who has been trading over 18 months for us to release the hardware to you once a contract has been arranged.

Rental price for the servers would be £124+vat per month, not bad considering the new price of these!
