Telehouse Metro 8Amp Rack Space

Hi.

Due to a customer leaving, we have a number of racks in THM available with immediate effect. We own the contract and therefore the price point until November 2009 at which time we can either hand them back to THM, pass the contracts rights to you, or re-negotiate with TH on your behalf.

They are 8 amp racks and negotiating a power change will force a contract review on behalf of TH, so they are fixed at 8 Amps.

There would be a setup fee of £500 to cover the racks and I am open to offers in excess of £695 per month. I would wish to let them for the 12 month period and we can possibly negotiate a deal if you require more than one.

No transit is included.

All pricing is plus VAT.

Right. These racks are now officially up for sale. After a weekend of shuffling, we have FIVE adjacent racks in one block in one row and THREE other racks in the another different row to the first five but with various spaces between them. The THREE racks are in the same row, just to avoid any confusion, just not the SAME row as the Five.

Due to the level of interest, I am looking for offers of £695 or above to secure them and will leave this open until Friday 12th Dec at which point they will be "sold"

The same terms apply as per the original offer, they are 8Amp (none negotiable) racks, with no transit and the setup fee still applies.

PM's please, or questions to the forum and I will close at some point Friday evening which should allow plenty of time for anyone interested to post a best offer.

If there are any remaining at this point I will advise and they will stay open for sale, subject to not being sold elsewhere in the mean time.
