We have a number of customers that have had us cover certain shifts for their helpdesks and live chat and I thought well why not offer it to everyone.

Basically if you have a shift that you need covered say 2 - 12 hour shifts (or anything in between) then we can give you a quote for exactly what you need.

One thing is that you will get 1 person for this shift so that you know whom your getting and the level of knowledge and you can always check the quality of the work.

We are literally providing someone to monitor your tickets and/or live chat and we guarantee a response within 1 hour but usually much quicker.

We can do level 1 & 2 and also system admin tasks as well as billing and sales if preffered.

We are all very familiar with cPanel and linux servers only (no windows).
