Definitions:
Full Management - We define full management to be the managent of software and services on the server, upgrades and patches to the core components (kernel, apache, named, bind, exim, ftp). We fully secure and lock down your server with custom grsec kernels. We optimise the kernel, apache and mysql for improved performance.
Full Monitoring - We monitor the core services on your server and notify both us and you if any service fails. We notify through email and SMS.
These services are only available for Linux-based colocated servers. We don't do Windows
