Feel safe in the knowledge, all our servers are backed up regularly to prevent data loss in the unlikely event of a server failure. If such an incident should arise your website can quickly and easily be restored to a new or temporary server to keep your service online.
24/7 Server Monitoring
All servers in the datacentre are monitored 24hours every day. In the unlikely event of a failure, support staff are informed immediately to allow them to tackle the problem at the earliest opportunity.
About our Setup
SynergyWorks Web Hosting provides quality web hosting services to home & business users at very competitive prices. We aim to provide a quality service at a reasonable price to both home and business users alike and pride ourselves on our great technical support and customer service.
The primary infrastructure site is located in London, with backup infrastructures located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This allows for a fully redundant hosting solution. Backup DNS & Mail services are provided by both sites and we have servers ready as hot-standbys. In the unlikely event of a problem with the production servers, the backups can be put into full service quickly.
PAC tags restrict access to Redbus Interhouse. This allows only authorised personnel to enter the datafloor, ensuring the servers are hosted in a secure environment.
