Advertising policy

To advertise in this section you must acheive/note the following

1. Be a member of the "web hosts" group

You can sign up by emailing admin@webhostchat.co.uk along with your username and company you represent

Upon signup to the web hosts group you will be assigned a "basic" status, you will be automatically promoted to full "web host" status once 10 posts have been achieved

2. You must make 10 posts within the other sections of the forum to be upgraded to full status

* note, we expect these to be valuable posts and not posts that simply agree/disagree with the thread topic.

3. Participants may not post more than one advertisement per five days.

4. Participants may not unneccessarily bump threads

5. Participants from other web hosting companies may not trash their competitors' threads, this includes posting a better offer in reply.

6. Participants must post an additional 5 posts before placing their next advertisment.

* We reserve the right to remove any advert for any reason, we will edit it to show why it was removed *

**UPDATE**

All adverts placed after this this update was posted must quote their prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP), regardless of geographic origin and/ or target audience, any advert that fails to meet this requirement will be removed from the forum.

** UPDATE **

Effective immediately, all web hosts with:

1) Limited liability status
and/ or
2) collect VAT

Must post their company registration number and/ or vat registration number with their advert to ensure that readers can perform the necessary background checks.

Any post that does not conform to this regulation will result in the thread being edited and closed and (at moderators disgression) may result in the web host being prohibited from placing future adverts on this forum for a set period of time or permenantly.
